I have a question? When Rogers send a debt to a third party collection agency how can they do this? If you have not signed or given verbal consent to release your information

I returned back Rogers equipment they did not note the return and sent it to a collection agency, the agency said it take 3 months for Rogers to up date them on the return equipment and once the agency notes the return the outstanding amount stays on the credit bureau for 3 years ?

Dear Lee, I wanted to reply to your question. Your original contract with Rogers contains a blurb that allows Rogers to use a third party collection agency. I hate Rogers.
